What you will need

A qualification at an NQF level 6 in Public Management/ Administration/ Labour Relations/ Labour Law/ Human Recourses Management or Industrial Relations.
A valid driver’s licence.
Job related knowledge:

Experience

Minimum of 2 -3 years’ experience in the relevant environment. Job related knowledge: Experience and knowledge of the following legislation: Labour Relations Act, Employment of Educators' Act, Public Service Act, Public Service Regulations and other key pieces of Employment Legislation and Policies.

Driver's licence

A valid driver’s licence.

Presentation and facilitation skills.

People management skills.

Key responsibilities

Assist to provide and implement employee wellness programmes in the district.
Assist to overseer the implementation of occupational health and safety measures in the district.
Assist to provide HIV/AIDS/ TB prevention coordination services in the district.
Assist in coordinating the provision of employee counselling services.
