Key responsibilities
- Preliminary investigate misconduct cases, grievances and disputes.
- Report on outcome of preliminary investigations of labour relation matters.
- Implement misconduct procedures.
- Implement grievance procedures.
- Implement dispute procedures.
- Advise on disciplinary procedures.
- Advise on grievance procedures.
- Advise on dispute procedures.
- Update labour relation information on the system.
- Report progress on a monthly basis.
- Maintain the disciplinary filing system.
- Report on strike actions.
- Compile and distribute the agenda to the relevant members.
- Distribute the minutes of the previous meeting.
- Draft minutes of the meeting in line with discussions and decisions.
