What you will need
- A National Senior Certificate/Grade 12/Matric or NQF level 4 as recognised by the South African Qualifications Authority [SAQA].
- Call Centre qualification will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to do after-hours work and be on call including shift work.
- Computer literacy including MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Literacy in virtual meeting platforms.
- Knowledge And Skills: Knowledge or understanding Batho Pele Principles.
- Telephone etiquette.
- Good communication, presentation, interpersonal relations and report writing skills.
- Computer Literacy.

Key responsibilities
- Receive and direct telephone calls.
- Make calls and keep records.
