Salary or stipendR932 292 per annum, (all-inclusive package), consists of 70% or 75% basic salary and 30% flexible portion that may be structured in terms of the applicable rules.

Experience
A three- year tertiary qualification (NQF level 7) in Business Management/ Purchasing/ Supply Chain Management (SCM)/ Procurement Management. 3- 5 years’ experience in Transversal Sourcing at a Junior Management (ASD Level)
Key responsibilities
- To manage Strategic Sourcing services to the Gauteng Provincial Government.
- Manage the increase of BBBEE Preferential Procurement spend from 60% to 70%.
- Manage the adherence to Operational Budget by achieving 98% budget spend.
- Improve tender processes and reduce turnaround time (from 120 -90 days).
- Manage contract to client satisfaction and to increase customer satisfaction.
- Reports submitted timeously.
- Management of staff.
