Salary or stipendR932 292 per annum, (all-inclusive package). The package includes a basic salary (70% of package), and a flexible portion of 30% that may be structured in terms of applicable rules. Which includes state’s contribution to the Government Employees Pension Fund (13% of basic salary).

What you will need
- An undergraduate qualification at NQF level 6 or 7 as recognised by SAQA in Property Management/Facilities Management/ Built Environment.
Experience
A minimum 252 of 5 years relevant experience, of which 3 years must be at ASD
Key responsibilities
- The incumbent is responsible for the effective management of soft services within the departmental property portfolio, and in that capacity conducts site visits and condition assessments to determine soft service
