Experience
Qualifications and Experience: A National Senior Certificate/Grade 12/Matric plus NQF level 6 qualification in Human Resource Management/Development Public Management/ Administration or equivalent qualification at NQF level 6 as recognised by SAQA. A minimum of five [5] years relevant experience in Human Resource Management/Development of which three [3] should be at Junior Management/ Assistant Director
Key responsibilities
- Develop and ensure the implementation of policies, guidelines and procedures.
- Manage human resource practice and administration services.
- Manage human resource development and information management.
- Manage resources (physical and human)
