Experience

Recognised Degree or National Diploma in Human Resources Development or relevant qualification. 3-5 years relevant experience in Human Resources Development/Management at supervisory/management at an ASD

Key responsibilities

Management of bursaries.
Coordinate bursary needs analysis in line with DCS priorities.
Ensure effective management of bursary case files.
Coordination of attendance of conferences, symposia, workshops and externally scheduled training interventions.
Establish and maintain a database of accredited service providers.
Ensure the approval of attendance of training interventions.
Provision of auxiliary support services.
Establish and maintain a learner records database.
Coordinate the finances and supply chain management systems.
Render administrative functions.
Determine resource requirements and manage all employee related matters in the sub-
