What you will need

Undergraduate qualification in Operations Management or Research/ Public Management or Administration / Business Administration or Management / Administrative Management / Management / Financial Accounting / Finance at NQF Level 6 or 7 as recognised by SAQA.
Driver’s Licence will be an advantage.

Experience

Four (4) years’ experience of which two (2) years must be functional experience in Operations environment and two (2) must be at supervisory

Key responsibilities

Facilitate the provision of UI claims and process at a Labour Centre, Coordinate the quality assurance of UI applications, registration and declarations, and follow-up with clients.
Facilitate the provision of UI services to walk-in and online customers.
Coordinate the administration of governance and risk matters for UI at Labour
