Administrator: Audit Inquiries

What you will need

• Computer literate.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Competencies And Attributes: Knowledge of Public Financial Management Act (PFMA) and Treasury Regulations.
• Financial training, data analysis, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks, innovative and creative.
• Understanding of Public Service policy and legislative framework.
• Understanding of broader Public Service transformation processes.
• Good interpersonal relations, ability to network, integrity and honesty.

Experience

An appropriate National Diploma/Degree in Auditing, Internal Auditing, Accounting, Financial Management, Risk Management or related field. 1-2 years relevant experience.

Driver's licence

Valid driver’s licence.

• Administration and coordination of audit inquiries.
• Monitor the progress of audit inquiries and corrective actions.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of internal control measures.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding audit inquiries and responses.
• Maintain audit and compliance records in accordance with records management policies.
• Management of resources.
• Management of performance information.
