Key responsibilities
- To plan, organise and monitor the objectives of the PHC facility in the consultation with District Management & Subordinates.
- Provision of Quality Nursing Care through the implementation of standards, policies and procedures coupled with supervision and monitoring the implementation thereof.
- To provide a therapeutic environment to staff, patients and the public.
- To effectively manage the utilization and supervision of human, material and financial resources.
- Coordination of the provision of effective training and research.
- Maintain professional growth / ethical standards and self- development.
- Implement & monitor aspirations of PMDS.
- Implementation and management of Infection Control and Prevention Protocols as well as Occupational Health & Safety Standards.
